Career Research Centre Ltd (CRC) is a UK-based education, training, and career development organisation where ambition meets opportunity and learning becomes a lifelong pathway to growth, achievement, and purpose. From our base in East London, we support learners from the UK and overseas to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to thrive in work and in life.

We work across three main pillars:

  1. Career-focused education and English language training

  2. Professional and compliance-focused training (including Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Environmental Protection)

  3. Specialist exam and career support services through our test centre and Career Hub

What We Do

Career-Focused Courses

We design every programme to be practical, relevant, and results-focused. CRC delivers:

  • Civil Service and public-sector career support, including guidance on roles, applications, and assessments

  • Health and Social Care qualifications to help learners enter or progress within the care sector

  • ESOL and English for Business Communication, supporting learners to communicate effectively in academic, professional, and everyday settings

Our programmes are built around real job roles, current labour market needs, and clear progression routes. We combine classroom teaching, digital learning, and one-to-one support so that every learner can move confidently towards their next step. 

Professional, Health & Safety and Compliance Training

CRC also delivers specialist compliance and workplace training, led by experienced practitioners with strong industry backgrounds. This portfolio includes:

  • Health and Safety Training

    • General workplace health and safety

    • Risk assessment and safe systems of work

    • Accident/incident reporting and investigation

  • Fire Safety Training

    • Fire risk awareness and fire warden training

    • Evacuation planning and emergency procedures

    • Practical guidance aligned with UK fire safety legislation

  • Environmental Protection Training

    • Environmental management principles and good practice

    • Pollution prevention and waste management

These programmes are informed by current legislation, best practice and recognised frameworks, and are suitable for employers, managers and frontline staff in a wide range of sectors. 

International Students and Short-Term English Campaign

As a UKVI-licensed sponsor, CRC is committed to ethical, compliant recruitment of international learners for short-term English language programmes delivered in partnership with UK providers.

Our growth plan includes:

  • A dedicated creative and events team to produce high-quality multimedia content about studying English in the UK

  • A structured programme of webinars, UK open days, partner pop-up events, and participation in selected international education fairs

  • Digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns targeted at key regions including South Asia, the Middle East, and parts of Africa

  • Clear KPIs for enquiries, applications and enrolments, backed by robust data, reporting, and continuous improvement processes

We combine this outward-facing activity with strong sponsor-duty compliance, including attendance monitoring, right-to-study/right-to-work checks, accurate record-keeping, and timely reporting to UKVI. 

Test Centre & Career Hub

CRC operates as a specialist test centre and career support hub, providing:

  • Access to professional and academic examinations through approved testing partners

  • A Career Hub focused on Civil Service and other competitive roles, offering advice on applications, interviews, assessments, and ongoing career development

By integrating training, testing, and careers advice in one place, we offer learners a seamless journey from learning to certification to employment. 

Quality, Safety, Safeguarding and Compliance

Quality and safety run through everything we do. CRC maintains:

  • Structured governance and reporting, including regular KPI reviews and compliance checks

  • Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures, including risk assessments and event safety management

  • Strong data protection and GDPR compliance, with consent-based lead capture, retention schedules, and secure systems

  • Safeguarding and Prevent duty awareness, particularly for international learners and younger students

  • Strong academic and professional credentials, including degrees in engineering and advanced qualifications in health & safety, environmental management, fire safety and legal studies
